Kontakt Chemie Graphit 33 Spray
Description: Acrylic resin coating with electricallyconductive graphite powder
General properties and applications:
KONTAKT CHEMIE Graphit 33
is an electrically conductive coating with a very highproportion of graphite powder
in the dry layer. The coating exhibits good adhesion to manymaterials, e.g., metal,
many plastics, glass, wood. The very fine and pure graphitepowder
offers a very wide range of applications:
Conductive coating: Permanent safe diverting ofelectrostatic discharges,
the coating of the backs of cathode ray tubes, ESD - safepackages,
electroplating of non-conductive materials, manufacture orrepair of the
graphite-coated conductive layers of keyboard switches, inexpensive
conductive coating for photo-electronic spectroscopy andlow-resolution
electron microscopy, for example. Optical applications: Thejet black colour makes
KONTAKT CHEMIE Graphit 33 suitable as an absorbent coating,e.g. for
laser applications with visible and infrared light. Itimproves the
efficiency of laser-hardening of steel parts.
High-temperature release agents: Conductive protectiverelease coating
for high-voltage contacts, high-temperature release agent,e.g. for moulds
used for the sintering of abrasive agents in abrasive discs.
Sliding coating: Permanent, temperature-resistant, drysliding coating.
The electrically conductive coating prevents the build-up ofelectrostatic
charges by friction, e.g. in packaging and pneumatic postinstallations Model
